THY KINGDOM COME IS AVAILABLE NOW ON AMAZON AND KINDLE!

One word settles ownership: Thy. Not mine.

Thy Kingdom. Thy will. Later, Thine is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory. The prayer repeatedly removes me from the throne.

This is harder than it sounds because we can build things, lead things, own things, and become responsible for things until stewardship quietly feels like sovereignty. Careers, companies, ministries, families, influence, even our own plans can begin to feel like kingdoms we ask God to bless.

But Jesus does not teach us to pray, “Bless my kingdom.” He teaches us to surrender to His.

Kingdom Check

What have you begun to call “mine” in a way that makes surrender feel threatening?

Today’s Practice

Write down three things you steward but do not ultimately own. Pray “Thy” over each one.

Prayer

Father, free me from confusing stewardship with ownership. What I have, what I build, and what I become belong under Your rule. Amen.
